the Triple "L" Swim Group meets at Mountain Valley Church every Monday-Wednesday-Friday at 8:30am to car pool to the Salida Aquatic Center in Salida, CO 
for a one hour arthritus water exercise class that starts at 9:am (times may vary-please check)
